Our church family is blessed with an abundance of children ranging in ages from newborn to seniors in high school. These kids provide a spark of energy into our assemblies and gatherings that is impossible not to notice. We care deeply about our young people and have a strong desire to teach them and to equip them to serve in the Lord's church both in the present and for years to come.
As part of our effort to do this, we have Bible classes twice a week for children of all ages. Additionally, our kids as well as several of our adults are very involved at Camp Indogan, a Christian youth camp in Angola, Indiana. Our children and teens participate in summer camps, rallies and lock-ins at Camp Indogan. Our teens also participate in youth rallies in the Fort Wayne area as well as Challenge Youth Conference (CYC) in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee .
Sometimes, our young people just like to get together for fun. This may include going to a Fort Wayne Komets hockey game, enjoying a holiday party, serving together in special projects, watching each other participate in their own competitive events, eating some pizza or just finding any reason to get together for some fun and fellowship.
With all of these efforts and more, it is our strongest desire to see our church's youngest members continue to grow up in the Lord and to be faithful members of the Lord's church throughout their lives!
